The NAMM Guarantee of conformity is issued to clients and burial authorities to provide assurance that the memorial detailed on the written guarantee has been installed in compliance with current industry standards. The company or individual providing the guarantee accepts full responsibility when providing this written declaration in confirming it was fixed in compliance with industry standards of memorial fixing which were current at the time of its installation. If it is later revealed through any occurrence that the declaration made on this guarantee is unfounded or lacking in any way the provider of this guarantee or their employer is responsible for any recourse or action required to rectify any revealed fault or failure in its previously stated compliance.
